By accessing our Website and using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

Services

Catering Services
Menu Selection: All menu selections must be finalized at least [number] days prior to the event date.
Special Dietary Requirements: We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate special dietary requirements, which must be communicated to us at least 7 days before the event.
Tasting Sessions: Tasting sessions can be arranged upon request, and a fee may apply.
Event Services
Event Planning: We offer event planning services, including venue selection, decoration, and coordination. Detailed planning meetings will be scheduled as needed.
Third-Party Vendors: We may recommend third-party vendors (e.g., florists, photographers). While we strive to recommend reputable vendors, we are not responsible for their performance.
Event Staffing: Our staff will be available on the event day as per the agreed schedule. Any additional hours will be charged at our standard hourly rates.

Booking and Payment

Booking Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total estimated cost.
Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
Late Bookings: For bookings made less than 14 days before the event, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation and Changes

Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be made in writing. If a booking is canceled less than 7 days before the event, the client will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will be subject to 75% of the total cost.
Changes to Booking: Any changes to the booking (e.g., guest count, menu) must be communicated at least 7 days before the event. Additional charges may apply for changes.
Company Cancellations: In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel a booking due to unforeseen events. In such cases, we will refund all payments made by the client.

Liability

Damage: The client is responsible for any damage to the venue or our property caused by the client or their guests.
Health and Safety: We adhere to strict health and safety standards. Clients must inform us of any allergies or health concerns in advance.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
